This project was incredibly challenging, and rewarding. When I was writing this thesis, COVID cases were peaking. We weren't sure yet if the virus could be transmitted through surfaces or solely airborne, and new articles and research papers were coming out by the hour on the virus. I myself was stuck in quarantine! I was forced to be creative, search for unique sources of information, and learn the value of qualitative data. I reached out to friends working in virology, I checked IPSOS hourly. In the end, I feel I brought the most value through my competitor analysis.
